Before you contact HVAC Loyalty: what to have ready

A little detail up front helps us send the right tech with the right parts, especially for emergency calls.

First, note the brand and rough age of your system; the label on the outdoor unit usually shows both. Next, describe what you see, hear or smell, and when it started. If you can, snap a photo of the thermostat and the outdoor unit, because it often speeds up the diagnosis.

When to contact HVAC Loyalty on the emergency line

Call right away if you smell burning, see water pouring from the air handler, or the breaker trips again after a reset. In those cases, turn the system off at the thermostat while you wait. For routine repairs, quotes and maintenance plans, the form above works just as well.

Highly recommend, they were able to come out and assessed our unit that was damaged during a thunderstorm, in addition to replacing the unit, they also replaced the power supply that was damaged as well, and were able to change a few breakers that also malfunction all in one day.
